On February 15, Joyce and I will be leaving for a two week trip to Tanzania, Africa. (Joyce, by the way for those of you who haven't heard, is my fiance, and we will be married on April 9, 2011.) The trip was actually the outgrowth of a recent seminary class reunion. Don and Eunice Fultz (Don is my classmate) spend three months every year at the Lutheran Center in Iringa, Tanzania, working for the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Tanzania, and they are putting this trip together for members of "the Class of '65". We will visit several of the missions of the ELCT, do some sightseeing, visit villages and take a two day safari where I hope to get some great pictures. I will periodically add to this blog, so check in once in awhile between Feb 15 and March 4 to track our progress!
